Description
This is separate from the other bug I filed earlier. This one should be easily reproducable and fits in with the issue you recently raised in the forums. If I give a grade of 0 on an essay question, but add a comment, it is still counted as an ungraded question.
The particular case I am dealing with involves a student not answering a question at all, so I must give her a zero, but I added a comment asking her if she forgot it. This still shows up in the ungraded count.
