Available tags when editing databse templates are hard to localize

Description

Button names, such as ##Edit##, ##Delete## in Avaliable Tags shouldn't be translated. In fact, I think they shouldn't be in the strings. Because after translation, they can't be recognized by database mod.

It was reported by the Dutch community too and I can confirm it. I removed the translation from Dutch. Can the tags be removed from data.php?

Same as Koen for french community. I removed some strings form the french lang pack.

Before closing this, I suggest we REMOVE totally these strings from the language packs and harcode them again, as:

1) they should not be translated
2) in the language translation interface, they always appear to be non translated and this is very misleading.
