The Serbian language pack(s) need some reorganisation, because the current language pack is apparently a dialect and Serbian can be written in latin and cyrilic characters. So here a summary from what needs to be done:

• rename the original sr_utf8 to sr_cr_bo_utf8 and add a good readme file to explain what it is.
• add Zivana's language packs as sr_lt_utf8 and sr_cr_utf8 to the set of default Moodle languages
• create space in CVS/contrib for Bojan's adjusted moodlelib.php, his grammar sensitive language packs and a readme, so further testing and may be improving can be done and hopefully get picked up some day to go in core.
