Description
Please review duplicates and possibly missing options in admin interface. There might be some new breakage after the last merging of collisions 
I have found following duplicates:
- Language / Settings - timezone, country, forcetimezone
- Location / Settings - timezone, country, forcetimezone
Should we keep or remove them?
