Description
To reproduce the bug do the following:
1. Log in as a teacher
2. Set WYSISYG to OFF
3. write feedback on any student's online assignment in PLAIN TEXT format containing tags
Smth like:
<abc>
D
<efg>
H
4. Set WYSIWYG to ON
5. Edit feedback (in WYSIWYG it will be represented in a wrong way - without "tags" and new lines - which should present as the initial was a plain text)
