I have updated IMS Enterprise enrolment so that it uses the new roles infrastructure. (Sorry, forgot to mention the tracker code in the CVS commit.)

PLEASE TEST!
I have tested it with the simple "example.xml" files which are bundled with the plugin, but it would be much better if you could recruit a tester who uses the plugin in real life, to confirm all is OK.
This update adds quite a nice feature to the plugin, in that it allows admins to assign a Moodle role to each of the 8 role-types that the IMS spec specifies (rather than just student/teacher as before).
