Timestamp value not getting stored in the db. At places, form is using individual time and date values instead of timestamp.

Work has been done on this form but it is still using old formslib api

The files attached are - event_new_form.php which will replace event.html and the patch file for event.php. The form is usinf new formslib api and are subject to final test by Jamie pratt.
