Description

Allow the file size upload limit to be assigned on a role by role basis. This would allow (say) Administrators to upload very large files, but lesser mortals to only be allowed smaller uploads.

Good idea, and can we also have variable limits for courses? Vote for mdl-7305 as well as this!

(You can set different limits in courses at present, but only in the context of a high overall limit).

I imagine this would really be part of the Repository (along with quotas), rather than Roles, but it's a good idea to link the two if possible.
