Description
"Change the alt and title of the button from "Help, Everyone can choose to be subscribed" to "help with subscriptions" or similar so that it does not repeat the on-screen text."
OU added these originally, but creating new strings for ALL help buttons would be a significant load on translators. I suggest just moving buttons right after text and changing alt to "Help for this" for all of them. Otherwise make it "Help with Everyone can choose to be subscribed".

For help icons with text attached, alt tag is changed to "Help with this to avoid duplication". For help icons without text attached, changed to "Help with ABC".
