"Change the alt and title of the button from "Help, Everyone can choose to be subscribed" to "help with subscriptions" or similar so that it does not repeat the on-screen text."
OU added these originally, but creating new strings for ALL help buttons would be a significant load on translators. I suggest just moving buttons right after text and changing alt to "Help for this" for all of them. Otherwise make it "Help with Everyone can choose to be subscribed".
