Save buttons could be reproduced at the top of pages

Description

Many editing pages have multiple elements that can be edited. On a lot of these it is annoying when only editing elements at the top of the pages to have to scroll down in order to find the save button. Could the save button be reproduced at teh top of each page to remove unnecessary scrolling (which is especially annoying using the mouse scroll button as you get caught scrolling though editable entry boxes first).
