Description

After upgrading to Moodle 1.7 the enrolment via an external mssql database ceases to function. On rolling back to 1.6 on the test system it all functions correctly again.

external db connection is now fully configurable including encoding and setup command, mssql should work now again, but you need to set up some more settings

btw you can also debug the adodb connection now
