Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Set up an edit always glossary (or check http://moodle.org/mod/glossary/view.php?id=851)
2. Login as a student and add an entry
3. Follow the edit entry link
What I expected to happen:
To be able to edit the entry
What actually happened:
Error message displayed: Sorry, but you do not currently have permissions to do that (Manage entries)
