wikis in STUDENT, NO GROUPS mode :

1. Teachers lock override doesn't work (you end up editing your own wiki without
noticing)

2. Edit locking locks everyones wiki rather than just the student wiki
being edited.

This is only apparant when more than one person is editing a wiki.
In student mode a wiki should be editable by all the students at the same time as this will often be the case in a classroom situation.
Each student basically has their own wiki.
This worked in 1.6 but the roles of 1.7 seems to have broken the functionality. So if one student is editing their version of the wiki every other user is locked out of their own.
