Description

Current chat implementation is not accessible at all.

Solution: add basic chat mode that does not rely on JS and frames (manual refresh, css styled, proper labels, only new messages)

implemented in cvs, I know it is not perfect but it should solve most accessibility problems in chat for now
please reopen or file a new bug in case of any problems...
