Description

I hav a course with groups. As a student I can see the "Add a new discussion topic" only, when the forum is set on No Group mode. In both group modes, the forum does the button not show for students.

I can't reproduce this. Are you sure that the student is in the group you are trying to post the discussion for?

Thanks for reporting this issue.

We have detected that this issue has been inactive for over a year has been recorded as affecting versions that are no longer supported.

If you believe that this issue is still relevant to current versions (2.1 and beyond), please comment on the issue. Issues left inactive for a further month will be closed.
