While testing this patch I realized that this setting might encourage admins to "experiment" with guest roles which might have serious security consequences. MD was IMO right, we do not need this now.

For now will not fix, maybe later if we really need it. Working patch attached.

solution is to add checks into role delete code that detects attempt to delete selected default guest, logged and not logged role...
