Description

on this course I've set up a forum (which I a demonstrating this pm so please
don't break it) but the students on the course can't post to it so I suspect
this is a problem for all of learn? can you check?

Derek - could we investigate/check whether, when a forum is set up in group
mode, it is possible for somebody with student role on the course, who is in
one of the groups, to post to it.
My colleague Derek Woolhead spotted the bug in cvs:/group/lib/legacylib.php ismember function - thank you!
I've committed the changes in this patch to Moodle HEAD-1.8 Beta straightaway, as I think the bug is 'major' (NOT minor) and the fix is localised to 2 files (2nd, cvs:/group/lib/basicgrouplib.php).
