Description

After an upgrade from 1.7 to 1.8 beta (HEAD), I get these red errors:

There is a precedence conflict in the category root. The object named userinterface is overwriting the object named upgradesettings.
There is a precedence conflict in the category root. The object named serverinterface is overwriting the object named frontpage.
There is a precedence conflict in the category root. The object named authenticationandsecurity is overwriting the object named search.
There is a precedence conflict in the category root. The object named maintenanceandauditing is overwriting the object named users.
There is a precedence conflict in the category root. The object named courses is overwriting the object named courses.
There is a precedence conflict in the category root. The object named reports is overwriting the object named location.
There is a precedence conflict in the category root. The object named adminnotifications is overwriting the object named adminnotifications.

and my admin menu is not working 100% (the translation is not made)

This is very strange .. I can not duplicate this. Are you sure you had a full set of 1.8 files?
