At present the country list does not include an accurate representation of countries as they exist at the moment, e.g. Serbia and Montenegro split into two countries at the end of 2006 but the name still appears in the country dropdown list.

Country list is not accurate
I developed a list searching the web less than two months ago.
Use it if you find it useful for you.
I am sorry... but I developed it on my own for local private use and... names are in Italian.
So I wrote... Stati Uniti d'America instead of United States... but the translation is never a real problem.
For each country I have the two digit name (sometimes, for real unpopular countries, I used a fantasy name) and the code we use in italy for Personal Identity Code i.e. our Codice Fiscale.
