Description
Problem: Statistical data can only be viewed for the last 12 months even if you have data gathered before that time.
Solution: Add some more constants and prepare get_options function to it. (look in the patch)

Sorry Paulo,
the 1.8 version looks fine... but I think the 1.9 one is an incorrect patch (code seems to be in stats_get_enrolled_sql() ). And also, there is some overlap of functionality because 1.9 already support n years of stats to be choosen.

With this patch you can go as far as 5 years on the past.
