Description

Under 1.8, while installing, the "environment" page is always processed and showed.

It shows some columns improperly (noticeable in custom themes). I've added one attachment about that. Note that the same table is showed properly when accessed from admin menu.

Also buttons asking about to upgrade yes/no are showed in one column instead of horizontally (screenshot above too).

Do you think I remember this two years later... nah! :-D I haven't seen that since ages (in 1.9 and HEAD). So perhaps it's ok to close it. But it wasn't a theme thing, just the theme enabled the bug to be discovered.
