Gradebook does not show groups

Description

Group selection is no longer available in gradebook. Using Moodle 1.8 Beta + (2007021501). It looks like the code for selecting groups is the same as it was in 1.7, but methods for handling groups have changed and this now appears to be broken - no longer getting any selections for group.

I still don't get this drop down box in Moodle 1.8 + (2007021503).

Could it be because I installed Gradebook Plus?

Peter - Yes, it could be because of the gradebookplus_v2 code. But first check to make sure your Group Mode under Course Settings is it set to either Visible or Separate. I have created some documentation about that at:

I have also tried to update the code for gradebookplus_v2 to incorporate some of the many changes made to 18STABLE CVS since GBPv2 was released. Those changes of the merged code are available at: http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=50154#p337076

I have asked Jeff Graham to help test the code to ensure that everything is working as it ought to work. I did notice a couple of bugs that I will get back to later in the exporting of information to ODS and Excel formats but from what I can tell everything else is working OK.
