Directory with Chinese characters not displayed in directory resource in IE6

Description

When there's Chinese characters in sub directory names, they can't be found and displayed. This is because the url of directory names are not encoded.

Unicode character in file names will be officially supported in 2.0 only. Please file new issues if you find any problems there.
