text are not poperly word wrap on firefox when manual grading the quiz.

You have not yet provided enough details to make a useful bug report. Where exactly is the badly word-wrapped text? Manual grading involves several different screens, and I need to know which. Also, which question types are involved? Etc.

And with any layout problems, it is very helpful if you can attach a screenshot to the bug report, to help me see what the problem is.

There is no 'give the sql commands' option in the manual grading report. Are you running a non-standard version of this report? You will need to report your problem to whoever did the modification.
