Description
When grading an assignment, if teacher grades or writes a comment BEFORE uploading file, the "Upload this file" button makes her comments disappear. This is a usability issue, the comment should be passed via POST or any other method, so it does not disappear when returned to the previous screen (mod/assignment/submissions.php?mode=single).

This is a known issue and will be fixed in 1.9.
