Description

Don't know if it is formlib related, but sometimes when I'm testing out on moodle 1.8 (either moodle.org or our own testing site), I noticed that the HTML editor "enlarge editor" button will be rendered out-of-bound (see screenshot). Not really a big issue but can be a bit confusing for new users (might think moodle is broken or something). I have not encountered this issue in moodle 1.5.4+ before

Confirming there does appear to be issues rendering in 1.8. See attachment of screenshots in Firefox and IE.

Edit: Sorry, haven't supplied a screenshot on here before and messed up (hassle with certificate) and have to run. Image attached as file.
