Description

The teachers grade report interface is a crucial part of the whole thing, as it's the UI that teachers see and care about.

It must be implemented in a basic way with very little or no Javascript first, with layers added later to make the interface sing.

Subtasks will be added to describe the various parts.

Icons are all implemented except collapse/expand for categories and items. Actions that still need handling:
