Description

the admin\users\accounts\upload users tool used to batch enrol/update a CSV list of users cannot recognize new fields created using admin\users\accounts\user profile fields. I´ve tried using name, shortname and id.

Upload users tool can´t recognize letters with accents (e.g. ó, ò, ñ) as well.

fixed in latest 1.9dev - though the docs how to name the fields is still missing
