This test requires the site to be registered on a hub.

1. Login as a manager and access a course page.
2. Select Publish option in the course administration.
3. Select Advertise.
4. Select the hub the site is to be registered on.
5. Fill in the required fields, add an image, and advertise.
6. Check that the Publish page is displayed with a successful confirmation message. The course should be listed as advertised on the hub.
