A teacher can set one of 3 possible options for tracking read forum posts

Description

NOTE: Student must have "Yes: highlight new posts for me" set for the 'Forum tracking' option in their profile

1. Login as a teacher and create a forum with 'Read tracking for this forum' set to Optional in the forum settings.
2. Login as a student and check you can choose whether to turn tracking on or off. The link to do this should be in the Settings block under Forum administration.
3. Login as a teacher and create a forum with 'Read tracking for this forum' set to Off.
4. Login as a student and check that read forum posts are not tracked and that you have no option to enable the feature.
5. Login as a teacher and create a forum with 'Read tracking for this forum' set to On.
6. Login as a student and check that read forum posts are tracked and that you have no option to disable the feature.

I'm not sure whether there's an issue with this or not, I'm looking for an option as a student to see where to turn it on/off and I can't find an option anywhere. But this might be my own lack of awareness as to the navigation to get to it. Leaving open so someone else can have a look.

The student must enable read tracking via their profile 'Forum tracking' setting before the setting. I'm going to fail this one though because when the forum has forced read tracking the option to "Don't track unread posts" is still displayed via 'Settings - Forum Administration' and when clicked a message "Student One is no longer tracking 'forum name'" appears. Tracking is forced so is still there and the option to not track remains - re MDL-23298. This was also seen during QA 1 testing but it was fixed for a while
