1. Login as a teacher, update an Online text assignment and set 'Email alerts to teachers' to Yes.
2. Login as a student and submit some text for the assignment.
3. Check that the teacher receives email notification of the assignment submission.
4. Login as the student and edit the assignment submission.
5. Check that the teacher receives email notification of the assignment submission update.
