Add new OU developers to the OU-developers group in Tracker

Description

There are a few newish members of staff who've recently created accounts in tracker.moodle.org. I noticed the other day that some are in the ou-developers group and others aren't.

I'm not sure what the purpose of the group is, but I'm sure its helpful to you to know who we all are! So, could you please add the following people when you get a chance...
