Description
Once 1.9 will be branched, only 1.7, 1.8 and 1.9 will be available....
There are a lot of "empty" dirs under the moodle/moodle/lang directory that produce slow updates from CVS.
Perhaps it would be a good idea to ask sourceforge to phisically delete all them (but "en" and "en_utf8"). It'll allow faster refreshes to developers without any "ignore" trick locally.
Also, in download.moodle.org... perhaps it would be interesting to move the lang16 directory to lang (making it the default one) and moving the lang one to langold or somtehing similar.

What's the status in sourceforge. Should we delete everything from there? Is it done?
