CVS using tortoise cvs gets jammed after fetching list of modules

Description

Tortoise gets the list, then hangs on this mesage and cannot be aborted or closed. Only stopping the process via task manager and starting again will exit it.

Matt - I'm going to steal this from Martin and assign it to myself. Since we've moved to Git it seems that this is a non-issue anymore so I'm going to resolve it. If you disagree or think it needs more attention just let me know but I'm trying to do a little spring cleaning here in the tracker and this issue seems like it has collected enough dust Peace - Anthony
