Description
Trying to register a new user account user never receives confirmation message in Email. Afater two succesive attempts over a period of two days Moodle has not sent Email so new user account can be confirmed for Moodle.org. Tracker. Moodle.org registration works however on the same mail account. Utilizing tracker.moodle.org account on moodle.org does not work.
