Under administration, I see there are two sections New Developers and Updated Developers. I think what has happened is that a new user had created a request and then went back in and edited it which moved the entry from New Developers to Updated Developers. The updated developers does not have a way to reject or delete the user. In this particular case, it is a new user to the Moodle.org forums who wants to help out but IMO should not be on the developer list yet. So, it would be an improvement if a new user remains a new user regardless of whether they edit their profile or not. Alternatively, we should keep the reject button in the Updated Developers; however, if we do then we would need to figure out what it means to reject an already existing user (vs. rejecting the changes), etc. As I think about it, it would be nice to see what was changed - similar to when we get something from the tracker that says oldvalue->newvalue. Peace - Anthony
