Description
When I try to add a commen, after clicking the "Add Comment" button, I get system error from the server with "java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Custom field with id 'customfield_10012' does not exist." as cause.

This is fixed. Permission must be given to "Anyone" in default permission scheme for "Add Comment".
