Description

I have not been receiving forum posts from moodle.org since April 19. Suddenly today at about 6:40pm Japan time (four hours ago), I started receiving them again. Similar situation with Moodle for Language Teaching- no posts received since April 18, then suddenly today they started again. I have not touched my forum subscriptions in moodle.org for months, if not years.

Don, thanks for your report.

I notice from your profile that your email digest is set to "No digest (single email per forum post)". This is the same as me, though I've not experienced a period of not receiving forum posts.

I've added forums super-expert Petr as a watcher to comment on this issue.

Does this continue to be OK? I heard some other reports about forum mail problems and wonder if some other bug fix has solved this problem now.

What is the resolution. I have a site that is experiencing the same issue. The only time forum mail is sent is when Cron is run manually.

If mails go out after manual execution cron, then there is most probably something wrong with your cron setup.
