User assigned the role of non-editing teacher in the module context is unable to access a hidden forum

Description

Users assigned the role of non-editing teacher (with moodle/course:viewhiddenactivities allowed) in the module context can see the link to a hidden forum but obtain the message "This forum is currently hidden" when attempting to access it.

Sorry I can't remember why I reported this issue, it seems long ago now and no longer relevant with moodle.org using 2.0, so I'm going to resolve it as cannot reproduce.

there was a regression that has_capability() was always returning false, it was fixed after a few days, thanks for the report!

I remember it because it was embarrassing regression, it might have been another regression. I have checked the code in require_login() where the moodle/course:viewhiddenactivities is tested and it looks ok

Helen - I could not find any courses where there were hidden forums and a non-editing teacher. If you find any, let me know and I will try to test and see if this is still an issue. Peace - Anthony
