Database: Create demo example of database activity with sample ratings and comments

Description

I would like to see a good set of examples on the demo site which can be used to testing and debugging purposes. My idea is that we could restore the demo course and use it on a test site without having to create data which would save time. Currently, there is no demo or example of how to use the database activity. It would be nice for new users to see what it looks like and get a feel for what it does.

Thanks for the update Helen. All looks good, the only thing I would encourage changing would be the resource section. There is a label but I would let folks know that it is a label. Also, it would be good to have a text page, display directory, and possibly even add IMS content package. That way the demo course shows one example of each type of activity and resource.
