I was under the impression that this bug had been fixed (see Reassigning to Dongsheng for investigation. Confirmed, it was fixed some weeks ago, just to be reverted some days later by mistake.
I've reapplied it and updated moodle.org, so everything should be working again. Ciao Eloy, thanks for figuring out what happened and fixing it

In a search results over modules and plugins list, when try to add comments to a particular module, comments are posted to another module

The reason for such discrepancy seems to be "Add comment" link which didn't respects filtering. The link (and maybe the page too) should be corrected to behave just as view screen, that's all.
