Description
ok, I understand it now.
It is not so simple for me the description of this new problem, so, please, let me describe what I did in order to verify it.
1. Log in to moodle.org
2. Go to "Modules and plugins" page: http://moodle.org/mod/data/view.php?id=6009
3. Type "yui" in the search field at the bottom of the page and execute the search
4. You reach the address: http://moodle.org/mod/data/view.php?d=13&perpage=10&search=yui&sort=44&order=ASC&advanced=0&filter=1&f_44=&f_45=&f_46=0&f_47=&f_48=&f_49=&f_51=&f_96=&f_97=&f_98=0&f_99=0&f_100=&f_101=&f_195=&f_213=&f_214=&f_215=&f_216=&u_fn=&u_ln=
showing 5 results (today)
5. Click on "YUI course menu" (today it is the last item... maybe this may not be true at the time of your review of this issue)
6. You reach the address: http://moodle.org/mod/data/view.php?d=13&rid=915&filter=1 where i is written: "Found records: 5/425 (Reset filters)"
7: scroll at the end of the page and click the link "Add comment" to post a communication
8: Moodle move you to: http://moodle.org/mod/data/view.php?d=13&page=4&mode=single&addcomment=1
and enable you to add a comment to A DIFFERENT PLUG-IN.
This process works fine if the user doesn't apply filters to locate a specific plug-in.

| MDL-18024 | Adding comment to database entry leads to wrong entry |

This seems to be becoming quite a problem in the Modules & Plugins database - the following plugin contains comments that are clearly meant for other plugins but have been mistakenly posted there:
