No info on download page concerning server requirements

Description

I downloaded the current 2.0 package and then realized that my server might not meet the minimum requirements for installing it. I then further realized that there is no info or link on the download page to this information. Furthermore, I searched in vein to find the requirements for 2.0 on the site.

Solution: Each download block needs a link like "See requirements for running this version here."

Thomas - The download page has the version requirements for the various required components. It might not be a bad idea to add a link to http://docs.moodle.org/en/Installing_Moodle at the top of the page for those who might have questions. Peace - Anthony
