Teacher doesnt have access to teacher forum in mood.e.org courses

Yes, this is true. I am one of the facilitators in the Certification course and I cannot access the teacher forum now that the moodle.org site has moved to 1.7.

After some trails I found, teacher can see and use the teacher forum if they use the edit mode.

And just a second problem. Teacher can't sent a message to more than one person via the listing of users. Error Message: no permissions.
