Moodle.com group created when hq-developers group existed?

Description

Hi I was looking about MDLSITE-690 and some problems having default assignee there working (Jerome), when I've seen that there are two groups in the Tracker pointing to the same thing IMO:

  • hq-developers: the one I think exists since long time ago.
  • Moodle.com developers: that seems to be newer and used for the same group of people.

+1 here to delete the Moodle.com one, using the hq one instead where necessary.

No sure who created that group, but it is redundant so I've deleted it (and verified the hq group is accurate).
