Description

Just sticking this in the tracker so we don't forget.

I just fixed all the problems in Moodle code, so if you do this, the list should be empty, in HEAD, at least.

This has been done (finally) with one small gotchya - the script applies lib/thirdpartylibs.xml from HEAD against all branches (1.7, 1.8, 1.9) - if this is going to be a problem please let me know.

1.9 and HEAD now show with no syntax errors, however some 1.7 and 1.8 stuff is still there.
