Download - Are the repository plugin zips being created?

Description

I received a question from Helen about a couple of download links and my guess is that the repository plugin zips are not being created. The ones we are expecting are:

http://download.moodle.org/download.php/plugins/repository/riffly.zip
http://download.moodle.org/download.php/plugins/repository/nanogong.zip

and the others in /plugins/repository

I've updated the entries in the m&p database so they now have correct download links.
