Recent change of CVS server causing problems in download.moodle.org

Description

last change of cvs server was causing SSH keys problems in download.moodle.org, so all the scripts using cvs.moodle.org were failing with "The RSA host key for cvs.moodle.org has changed" and so on.

I've fixed download.moodle.org keys and everything seems to be working ok now.

Adding Jordan here, just to let him know and, perhaps, review if other hosts (tracker for example), also using CVS services need keys fixing (or test.moodle.org?).

tracker doesnt use cvs (it uses rsync)
test.moodle.org doesnt use cvs.moodle.org (yet)
I cant think of anything else that will need updating so can close this bug

Sorry for reopening, looks like eu.cvs.moodle.org is suffering of some trouble. At the time of writing (October, 21th, 22:30CEST) it is possible to pull only previous weekly release as follows
$release = '1.9.5+ (Build: 20091014).

Probably ssh key change related? Dropped also an email to support@moodle.com

I commented about the same in MDLSITE-812 by mistake, apologises. Somebody should contact with "eu" mirror people, yup. Not sure if it is ssh-keys related or no but it's mirroring old stuff for sure.

I commented about that in HQ chat yesterday (asking to OU people), but didn't get reply there.

Whilst there may be issues with individual mirrors syncing, some (most) of the mirrors i have tested to be OK (us2 for instance)
Its worth noting that all mirrors use rsync, not cvs/ssh, so they are not affected by keys changing.
I will contact each mirror maintainer today and get things sorted out.
