Also it would be good if the clone and add/edit UI mockup operations could be removed too.

Unfortunately I don't think it's possible to remove voting and mockups. But that's OK I think. They are not useless.

Clone should be removed now for normal Moodle testers (who are not allowed to create any new issues here).

Is it possible to remove the priority field?

Also, a small typo - obselete should be obsolete!

I managed to remove the priority field myself, and I notice obsolete is spelt correctly in one place but it doesn't seem possible to edit it as an available workflow action because the workflow is active.
