I possess "split discussion" priveleges when I should not have them

Description

It appears that some of the roles have not been set correctly. I am an adminstrator for the "Moodle for Languages" course but somehow this appears to have allowed me to split discussions in the "Free Support" course as well. – Of is this intentional?

Yes, it's intentional! According to Martin: "I was hoping people would be able split responsibly"
